    About Reservations and Use

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00 and check-out time is from 7:00 to 10:00.
    ■Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after 19:00.
  • Is it possible to use the facilities on a day trip?
    No. This facility is for overnight guests only and cannot be used for day trips.
  • Are there cancellation fees?
    Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows.

    2 weeks prior to the check-in date: 30% of the room charge
    1 week prior to the check-in date: 50% of the room charge
    3 days prior to the day of the stay: 100% of the room charge
  • Can I bring my pet with me?
    Yes, you can stay with your dog only in the "Raindrop" rooms.
    The room is equipped with a private dog run, so you can enjoy your stay in a relaxed atmosphere.
    If you are staying with your dog, we ask that you bring proof of hospital attendance, such as a certificate of rabies vaccination or a certificate of mixed vaccination.
  • Can one person stay?
    We can accommodate one person or one person and a child, but please note that the room rate is for two adults.
    Please select "2 adults" for the number of guests when making a reservation.
  • Is parking available?
    We have a shared free parking space.
  • Does It Snow?
    In Nasu Town, there is a risk of snow and icy roads from the beginning of December to the end of March.
    Please install winter tires when coming by car.
  • Do you provide a pick-up service?
    Please contact us in advance if you would like to use our pick-up service.
    *Please note that we may not be able to provide the service depending on the day.

  • Can we BBQ and dine even if it rains?
    Each cabin has a dining area that can be used even in the rain.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
  • Is wifi available?
    Yes, it is available in each cabin.
  • Are there toilets and bathrooms?
    Each room is equipped with a sanitary space, including a bathroom and toilet, where you can enjoy a private natural hot spring right next to your room.
  • Can we use BBQ grills?
    Gas BBQ grill equipped in each cabin is available for free.

  • What is the temperature of the sauna?
    The sauna at our facility is a medium-temperature sauna with a temperature of 70 to 80 degrees that warms your body slowly.
    Please take your time for 15 to 20 minutes and enjoy a combination of cold bath and outdoor air bath.

  • Can we bring our own food and beverages?
    You are free to bring food and beverages.
    Please enjoy your original glamping experience by bringing food you like.
  • Do we need to bring charcoal for the BBQ?
    We have the large gas-powered BBQ grill in the dining areas of each cabin, that is available for free, so there is no need to bring charcoal.

  • Are fireworks allowed?
    Yes, you can enjoy fireworks in the designated area.
    We also have buckets for fireworks.
  • Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
    There is a Seven-Eleven Nasu Ikeda store 6 minutes away by car.
  • Can we bring our own fire pits, firewood, and grills?
    No. For safety reasons, we do not allow you to bring any firearms in.
    Please use the BBQ grills provided in each cabin.
    Each cabin is equipped with its own fire pit, and a bundle of firewood is provided free of charge.
    A second bundle can be purchased at the front desk.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is allowed at the space with the ashtrays, located next to the administration building and on the outdoor deck of each cabin.
    Please note that smoking is not allowed in the tents or in the dining areas.
